Latitude 6 - CoffeeForCommunities

LatitudeSix - coffeeforcommunities returns 10% of sales of it's coffee, back to the growers in Papua New Guinea. This is over and above the price the growers initially get for selling their beans. The projects that LatitudeSix help fund, aid further development of the communities that grow coffee crops.

Coffee grown in the highlands of Papua New Guinea is some of the best around. Getting the coffee processed though is a big problem due to transportation issues. Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) provide aerial transport for otherwise inaccessible communities, and in doing so help the developing economy.

By buying coffeeforcommunities you are directly supporting the growers' project development. You are also indirectly helping the developing economy of Papua New Guinea as purchases of this coffee are also a fund-raiser for MAF, and ultimately help subsidise the flights that transport the raw coffee bean to the processing plant.
